John began his career in taxation in 1987 as a seasonal employee with a franchise office of a national tax franchise.  He became a franchisee of that same chain in 1991, eventually expanding to five franchises employing 50 individuals during tax season.  After selling that company in 2003, John went to work for a large regional accounting firm where he divided his time between representing clients in sales & use tax controversies and examinations, and tax compliance work for non-resident aliens.  In June of 2008, John commenced a full-time practice concentrating on the needs of foreign nationals living and working in the United States and U.S. Citizens living and working abroad.

John passed the U.S. Treasury Department’s Special Enrollment Examination (“Enrolled Agent exam”) in 1995.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.  John became a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute in 2012.  Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine recently quoted John in the July 2013 issue.  John was an industry panelist on the July 2013 and February 2014 episodes of Tax Talk Today.

John resides in Chester and practices out of offices in Goshen, New York



Marc J. Dombrowski, EA specializes in IRS/State Collections Cases, settlements with the IRS, Tax Lien Releases and Corporate Officer Assessments.  He has lectured since 1994 on advanced collection topics.

As an Enrolled Agent, he is licensed to practice before the IRS in all 50 states. He is a former contributor to CNBC, the NAEA's EA Journal and the Wall Street Journal. He is a Level II, Level III and Graduate Level instructor with the National Tax Practice Institute. In addition to several Chapter EA speaking engagements, he has spoken for the NYS Society of EA's, Florida EA Society, Missouri Society, NJ Society, Utah EA Society and the Ohio EA Society's Annual Convention(s).  Through his extensive national experience solving a variety of business & personal tax and debt problems, Marc has gained experience in resolutions to fit any situation. “There is no problem, big or small, that cannot be resolved; there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, just take the time to talk to me about it.”

Marc is a graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute and a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents. Many of his national fellow practitioners call on him for his knowledge and request that he speak at various Chapter meetings across the country



Kathy Morgan just completed her 21st year with H&R Block and proudly holds the titles of Enrolled Agent, Master Tax Advisor, Fellow NTPI, Writer,  Instructor, Representation Specialist and Consultant. She has been published by several tax research companies, including Parker Tax Publishing and She is a accomplished speaker, writer and instructor on a wide variety of tax issues. Through her company, Puzzled By, she offers speaking, writing, and instruction services.

Kathy lives and practices in the Shreveport Louisiana area and when not “talking tax” she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, writing and reading.
